- Maintain machines and manpower safety, perform preventive maintenance, and optimize machine performance.
- Control waste, enhance productivity, and implement problem-solving strategies with delay and waste analysis.
- Build team capability, foster employee motivation, and ensure a 5S-compliant workplace.

Skills:-
Proven ability to manage 24×7 shift operations, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher preferred.
