Key Responsibilities:-
- Supervise and manage the hammer shop operations.
- Ensure production targets and quality standards are met.
- Monitor and maintain machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance.
- Train and guide team members for operational excellence.
